  1. Some time ago i phoned the local council and reported a large deep pot hole on a bend in a country lane that is used by a lot by bikers and being a biker myself knew that it was just in the cornering line and was awaiting a victim . Pleased to say they repaired it within hours , i suppose that i must have spoken to the right bloke or maybe he was even a biker himself .

  2. I also got mine from The Pirates Cave , 4 off 4 louvre ones off them sometime last year , and as mentioned above but well worth giving them a call as there price was the best at that time .

  3. Must admit i dont really know , but seeing as lights are required for failing light conditions and night driving i would say that at the very least a speedo would need to be lit for obvious reasons , not getting nicked maybe .

  4. Hole cutters work really well.

They are an inner & outer cutter block, you drill a pilot hole, bolt them together & tighten up.

Perfect hole of the desired size. Not cheap though.

Car Builder Solutions sell a set or you can get them singly at a local tool shop.

These cutters where called Q Max as i have a few i bought in the 60's and still use them on thin sheet .

  5. Quite interested that you have a Robin Hood in Germany. I have a German friend who liked my car and was interested in getting one. I said I wasn't sure how it worked with having a kit car in Germany (I know your laws are even stricter than ours). How do you run a Robin Hood in Germany? Is it still UK registered? Did you buy it in the UK and import it?

There are quite a few Robin Hoods in Germany together with forums and clubs that include and support them , from what i have learnt recently there is a lot of activity , just read the forums if you can .
