  1. Some pressure regulators will only work if there is a demand from them ie. a flow, if the engine is not running just slacken of a joint in the return line with a catch tray under it to catch the drips and try again. It only needs to be a drip, enough to loose pressure. I may be wrong but worth a try. (Have had the same problem with air regulators) Steve
  2. M10 x 1mm pitch if you are on about threaded fittings HTH Steve
  3. You can fit one of these (it just replaces your flasher unit), It will work with both normal bulbs and LED's mix and match use both together. NOT like a normal LED flasher unit that will die if you put a normal bulb in the system. http://www.triumph-online.co.uk/dual-load-led-flasher-unit-flash-rate-fix-led-andor-filament-bulb-2263-p.asp HTH Steve

    Le Mans 24hr 2011

Hi Graham as you know I am very interested in going to the 2011 event, being a Le mans virgin I will go along with peoples greater knowledge. I would rather go to a site that it is easy to get to the track though as I hope to take the Hood and therefore a bike is out of the question, money is not a critical point within reason, so if the a better option is only a few £ more then I don't mind I'll just have to drink less and eat beans for every meal . See you soon Steve
  17. Hi Jeremy A roll pin is like a tube with split in it going along it's length, as you knock it in the split closes up and friction holds it in place. HTH Steve
  18. Looks like it, and they are only at bells close ind est, might be worth asking if they can repair the coolman as Andy say's, they did my air con a couple of years ago and were very helpful. Steve
  19. Hi Paul, Got a polo rad here if you want to check it for size, it looks very wide for the nose cone (not got that far yet) Can you not solder up the coolman hole??? Steve

    2l Rover Engine

I had a fast idle problem on mine and it was the brass ring on the end of the throttle cable shroud that was jamming it open a bit (at the throttle body end). 1) Try and disconnect the throttle cable at the throttle body end and run it with no cable. 2) Check for air leaks / split hoses on the inlet manifold (spray brake cleaner etc around the joints etc and listen for a change in engine tone) If non of the above work get back to us and we will look into it a bit deeper Steve PS put in your location you may have a hoodie in the next street that can help
