If im right when you put your foot on the brake pedal it pulls the shaft out of the master cylinder So if you turn the cylinder round, when you push on the pedal it will push the shaft into the cylinder , How have you got round this. paul

Hi. Ive fitted a cossy into a 2b its very tight. the throttle braket had to be shortend to make it fit and the turbo actuator tuched the chassis on the other side. Mine has the t5 box and i had to cut the gear box hangers to get it through. saying that its great fun and in a light zero wow hope this helps paul.

hi when i built mine you could fit the sierra tank in the boot or buy one that fit behind the diff , mine fits behind the diff and its 30 lts but i think they come in diferant sizes paul.

Ive got a cosworth one it has spray bars that spray oil up the bores onto the under side of the pistons dont know if it will fit a pinto. but its yours if you want it paul.

ey up we came from selby,not too far away we came to hull last year met some westy and locost owners for a piston head meet. Yes it sounds like a good idea to meet up, Just need to find out what the noise was on the way home, if it is the gearbox that could be the car of the road for a bit. Paul.

We went to the show plenty of cars there, only 2 kit cars my 2b and my mates striker On the way back got a sound like i was dragging something along the ground, stopped but could not see anything set off again same noise it seems to be coming from the t5 gearbox does nt seem to do it in 4th and 5th and mayebe in 3rd. so it looks like engine out cant see any other way of checking the box. paul.

Hi all. This is nothing to do with cars but i thought i would share it with you. I work at drax power station and a month ago I was walking through the station when i found a young pigeon on the floor it had dropped down from the roof near an oil tray, i thought if he goes in there hes a gonna, so i chased him out of the turbine hall. He could fly about a foot but that was all,i left him out side. On my way back i said to my self dont look dont look, but i did the bird was still there with his wings laid on the floor bugger. so i went over and picked it up, and took it to the workshop. Of to the mess room were i bought an egg sandwich, this was at 11. I had to force feed it, but by 4 it was begging for food. At the end of the day i took it home and fed it on maze this was on saturday. Sunday i went to work, at dinner time i looked at my phone one text,how many lifes has a pigeon got, this was from the wife. i rang her she said she had found the pigeon in the pond under the water, she grabed him and put it on the patio, as she turned around the cat jumped on it. The wife pulled the cat off and had returned it too its cage. She said she didnt think there was much hope for the bird it didnt look well. I returnd from work went into the shed and it wa still alive. Since then we have had our ups and downs, it lives in the green house and when the kids run round the field it flys at there side. The scraggey little bird i found has been fed on maze and has grown big and stronge. So the day had come when he could not get any bigger on all that maze. Was it all worth it well yes he tasted lovely Paul.
