take a pic of the radiator set up will help diagnose. and the fan too.
pictures speak a thousand words.
i used a honda civic alloy rad. cheap as chips. and a 12 inch fan at the rear. its the size of the whole core.
Mine never overheated i fitted a 80 degree thermostat with a 3mm hole in it.
fitted a new waterpump and never had issues.

I have a pro fit mine . Wide angle dome ir illuminated up front .. wall mount on rear.. hard drive in house connected to TV.. great pic and came in handy in court when someone damaged neighbours car.

Good earth's on gauges and engine and frame.. mine didn't have a good chassis and engine earth and some of my gauges weren't very accurate to say the least

Wrapping the manifold will make the silencer hotter. If you wrapped the silencer the tailpipe would glow I reckon

Bearings are Sierra tip mount and cheap. Lower bump stop I used an anti vibration mount and drilled it out to fit at the bottom

Anyone interested in a heater for their kit..
I bought a t7 heater ,water valve ,plenums and some ducting but sold my kit.. if anyone is interested ill get some pics etc for you
the heater itself is £120

i used to run hankook on my bmw and found them to be a good predictable all round tyre.
unsure if fitting them to the kit will be suitable as its weight may not get heat into them
i used to run yoko parada spec 2 and found them to be a great tyre,plenty of grip and predictable... not great in the wet..but it aint a wet weather car.
