Hi all :hi:

Thank you all for your kind words and support.... It means so much.

Yes the car is a wreck but I got out which is a jolly good advert for the zero kit as a whole it could have gone a lot worse...

I think a combination of slightly wet road and not enough physical weight in the kit to give me the traction I needed to get out of the spin with an armful of opposite lock...

Will hope to buy the kit back and rebuild and try again (but show it much more respect!!)

Many Thanks Mike :good:

Hi

Really feel for you, all the hard work. Mine was written off in September, and felt gutted..... maybe its just someone upstairs doesn't like Kawasaki Ninja green cars... (mine was the same colour) ???

As everyone says at least your ok and get ready to build another!!

Sorry to hear about this, must be gutting. I had a brand new bike and someone kindly pulled out on me a week out of the garage. But you are ok and thats the main thing.

Just to hijack you thread a little, if the car is a right off, you buy it back and re build with new chassis etc. Can you just put your old plates on and drive it?

Sorry for asking question in your thread...

Cheers bob.

Hi Mike glad your ok, they are superisingly strong and easy to repair they always look alot worse if the chassis is beyond repair, you can always replace the damaged half as a section

If you need any help with insurance quotes etc give us a call

Hi Bob :hi:

Thats a good question!!

I hope to rebuild using some of the parts off the rest of the car thats still in one peice and then get a new chassis, wishbones, new fiberglass and other bits.

I just hope that I wont have to iva it at the end?....... :unknw:

Dont worry about hijacking, It's a good question..

Many thanks Mike :good:

Sorry to hear that Mac.

I, at least, got to drive mine for 3 months before big bending.

Dont give up, rebuild...

The second build is faster and better than the first, all the thinking has been done; some things you will redesign anyway.

------And , I am sure, I appreciate the car more this time around, it goes anywhere and everywhere..

Start stripping it, It looks less of a mess in bits.

Best Wishes

Graham B
