This is a good overall exercise machine for all body bits ,legs ,arm ,tummy chest etc yours to collect for £40

Got a horizon treadmill gathering dust in the garage .... Gets used once in a while when I need to loose some weight to fit in the race suit.... But the only problem is you can press a button to stop it... Whereas if you go outside if you stop you still have to get home somehow..

Can take my 20st frame running on it so it's a well built one....

 

Looking for about £200 ish.... (cost £750) new...

Its as good as running on treadmill but you can sit down to do it.

Don't underestimate the rowing machine Dan, 4 minutes fullpelt to see how far you get before you either pass out or melt in sweat! Beats the treadmill anyday in my experience.
