its called tyre slime I used it on my motorbike tyres and never had a flat tyre in all time used

our wheelbarrow wheel kept getting punctures so as a quick fix we had a bit of rubber pond liner around so we put a strip inside the tyre then the innertube.

don't think we've had a puncture since. The pond liner was some puncture proof rubber stuff
