Just a very quick rough n ready calc on fuel.

Size of injector x amount of injector

-----------------------------------

6 (cc per bhp)

440 x 4 = 1760 ÷ 6 = 293.333 poential bhp.

Then x by duty cycle, average is 85% so 0.85. 249.33 potential bhp.

You can increase fuel pressure to give more flow, i can do re calcs for that.

But thats a close potential for working on.

Id like to see the dyno graph if you can post it.

I only ask because my calcs were based an AFR of 13. A cruise mode so to speak. Some ecu maps will give a richer mix under boost. I looked into this for you.

With all things being equal in the calcs that predict 233, increasing to the limit of 440cc injectors at an 85% duty gives fuel flow to support...300bhp.The magic 14.7 drops the power to 205bhp.

At the richer mixes your in danger of washing oil from the bores.

I know maths is maths but its how it drives that counts. Unless your leaning out at you current boost then why push for more.
