Vice The Type To Hold/clamp Metal Etc

I broke my Vice today any suggestions or recommendations appreciated.

Machine mart always have a good selecting personally I would go for a bigger vice and make sure you buy the soft grips for more delicate work. They only make these in a few sizes.

I have a couple of different sizes for different jobs. Got them both second hand on the bay and gumtree. Bargains.

Yup agreed with Andi and anyone else who said buy another one.

 

Collected it this afternoon and if I was clever enough I would put a picture on here.

 

Its a " No3 Record Vice. " £20.00 on GUMTREE looks to be in reasonable condition too, will strip it out and clean it to make sure all is up to scratch !
