wiper motor

does  anyone know if you use the Sierra  wiper motor or is it from a different  car ? mine is a lucas but its knacked

It could be anything. But the majority of people use a classic mini / landrover wiper set up. Lucas do make these. Have a google and see if they match the look of yours or post a photo of what you have / any part numbers you can see. Cheers.

I used the sierra system but it involved a lot of cutting and welding.

stick with the lucas.

The Lucas is the most versatile. You can change the distance between the spindles and the sweep angle easily. Parts are still available and complete motor's are still cheap and plentiful.
