    Sva Fail Norwich

Graham Hope to go to Newark as have permission from wife just retest and DVLA to get through. by the way are there any speed humps that way as the tester had to measure my clearance to get on the brake rollers (7cm floor to sump and thats not the lowest part of the car ) Ian Have not done the mods as grahams went for angled steel & thick plate . Will try to post pics later. Piddy My sister lives down that way and can't wait for a spin in it, so will try to combine the two.

  7. Recieved my Amateur Built Declaration today and was a bit puzzled by the first paragraph. Quote "We have recieved an application for a Minister's Approval Certificate(a Single Vehicle Approval examination)for your vehicle. Please will you confirm the design axle weights and design GVW of the kit car when completing and returning by post the following declaration to confirm the class as the weight quoted on the apllication are rather low. the design weight should include the driver, passenger/s, full tank of petrol and personal luggage?" I had put down 340kg front 330kg rear 670kg gross and it is called a Lightweight is my guessing that far out p.s. Personal luggage?. 1/2 dozen helium ballons do

  11. found some inserts to fit with 10MM bolts (all 8.8 marked) all swivels well. thanks everyone
  12. the bolts came with the seat belts. may replace them with 8.8 stamped bolts as i dont like the idea of filing the holes in the belts out.
  13. now fitting the seat belt harnesses and the bolts that came with the belts are just the right size for the holes with no space for any top hats. Can they be bolted sold to the chassis or have the belts got to able rotate for the SVA
  14. cvh will fit engine in but if you have the oppertunity go for the pinto as you will have a lot more room and a lot less hassel. engine running
