I have been in contact with Gill Welch At the National Memorial Arboretum and made a group booking for 18-20 people

 

on sat 3/8/13 at 10.30 The Arboretum is free but ask for Donations

the car park is pay and display £3 all day

 

If you want to camp please contact the campsite i am sure they will still have spaces
