The sooner people book the sooner we will have Idea on numbers and more time to plan things. We can not plan entertainment etc witout some idea on how many are coming and what funds we have to play with

Think back to our BBQ for RHOCaR members Phil, we posted all the events ( fun & games -- car cruise -- lunch & evening BBQ -- live group/disco ) & THEN asked people to book places. Seems this BBQ is being arranged the other way about ; we had max of 45 paying guests with those enticements ; hopefully being more up country this event will gain better support.

 

Bang the drum, LOUDER. Post what has been arranged so far ; people wont pay for something that MAY happen.

 

Cheque is in the post for us Southerners to attend.

With the loss of yet another kit car show and thus the opportunity to meet up with like minded people from other areas we are trying to build this as a chance to get together and have some fun. the more commitment we get from people the more we can put on. last year we had archery,blindfolded driving with navigator giving directions round a course, car treasure hunt, tractor and trailer maneuvering, BBQ and beer.

I may have some light (ning) entertainment as well.

The BBQ Planned for Saturday night will be for those that have pre booked to attend National meet as the food will be bought and taken out on the Friday night. for those Paying on the Gate because numbers will be unknown unfortunately we will not be able to cater for you at the BBQ.
