Robin Hood To A Gbs Zero

Hi Guys their is a bit of a debate going on just now on Facebook in the kit car page. This guy has basically swapped everything over from a hood onto a Zero chassis. He is saying that he has informed the DVLA and everything is ok. surely this is ringing if the car has not been presented for an IVA. Have a look at the link below

Ah, the old "completely different chassis design is ok because I can't buy the old one any more" argument. Hold back some facts from the DVLA ("Hey, I didn't lie!"), get the letter saying it's ok, then plead ignorance later on if ever necessary.

 

Damn, should have thought about trying that on the Zero....

 

..oh wait, I did, but I'm not an idiot...

if it had already been registered, then had the chassis replaced, its a ringer.

The chassis are nothing like similar.

Seems it's had an IVA after all....

From the limited pictures, it looks like there are sharp edges below headlamp, and the front indicators too far in from outer edges, which are IVA fails.

I think most IVA trim has a terrible habit of falling off on the way home....
