  1. What is a fair price to charge the council for the replacement shortened sump. I was crossing a cattle grid but it was damaged

and piece of steel came up and stopped me dead with a big hole in the sump. Away the he grid won`t rust away now.

  3. Robin Hood 2b Kit

This is my sons kit which I started building for him.

Reason for sale: A lack of time (mine) and a trip round the world to pay for (him).

The Kit is currently in Drummore, Scotland. A discounted night in the nicest B & B in the village (Driftwood) can be arranged if required.

The only work done was to modify the chassis to convert to wishbones at the rear (this can be removed easily if you don’t want to go down that route).

All the tubes and bushes are included to complete the wishbones.

The body panels are rusted (except bonnet which is stainless), so either electrolysis bath them, vinegar or buy stainless.

    Includes Sierra Donor log book.

Sierra donor parts (not the engine).

Most parts are there to complete.

    Also included:

Vauxhall Red top engine (with new gasket set),

    Vauxhall Omega Gearbox

    Ford Type 9 gearbox

GSXR Throttle bodies disassembled and ready for spacing (inc cut down inlet manifold)

Price £1200 the lot for quick sale.

  4. 1800cc pinto engine with shortened sump out of my car £50

32/36 dgav carb and manifold with pipercross filter complete with linkage £60

Set of 36mm Keihin bike carbs off zx6 complete with rubbers £45

    all plus p+p or collect

  5. I was talking to a guy who had failed with a haynes roaster yesterday at chadderton ,the tester told him he couldn`t have the light on the moveing mudguard and suggested he put on the the rear wing towards the front as long as its within 2.6 metres of the front indicator. hopefully Adrian will be along later to explain better as he is a rhocar member.

Must be worth a phone call to the test station before drilling any holes
