    Cossie Wheels

hi piddy try this link to April this year. Mr Sheens hood was fitted with cossie alloys http://community.rhocar.org/index.php?s...owtopic=367&hl= Mitch
  8. I also noticed on RHSC web pages that they now have a picture of the prize winners fron the Stoneleigh show and a link to the owners club site. Well done to the commitee for bridgeing the gap between the factory and RHOCAR What you have done this year must have taken lots of effort and i for one would like to thank you. Keep up the good work Mitch
  9. Hi Pete Try this link to the old forum where it discribes the differances in the Robinhoods this should give you some insight into the different cars. Most Robinhoods are Sierra based and use the rear axle, gearbox and engine from these, for you're money you should get a half decent 2.0ltr motor. where are you? there maybe a local meet which you could attend and find out more. HTH Mitch woops nearly forgot the link http://www.rhocar.org/aboutcartypes.shtml
  10. Maybe you should change the name to Gal

    Summer Tops

Hi Mat I thought that when i spoke to Tim at the weekend, then i realised. Its the tent material top covering from the screen top to the rollbar, sort of sun shade. like the "hard top" on the picture of the Dax on Hard top post but soft. Mitch

    Sva Test

Well done Simon. Lets hope it's a long and dry summer. Told you Gina would get you the weights letter Mitch
  13. thanks Peter just how i would have put it Im using a 38 DGAS and it has a return. As for the side panel just checking before heart ache was caused I still wouldnt use it, i was told by a ex-ford mechanic that if they failed on original cars the just by-passed them and did'nt bother fitting a new one. Mitch
  14. Hi Terry You may have already noticed but, the brackets you have fitted will mark the side panel, as it fits against the side tubes. Re-locate before you dent/mark the panel. In fact this is'nt needed. I fitted it before my test but have since removed it and the return now comes from carb straight to the tank. I havnt noticed any differance with it removed. HTH Mitch

    Design Weights

Simon I would trust Gina, when i failed my first test (this was one point) i phoned Gina and it was posted out the next day. sorry but i did'nt make a copy and they kept mine at the test. HTH Mitch
  16. It Maybe the time to get Mr Sheens autograph before he becomes famous with the forth coming writeup on his hood. You never know may even be worth somthing in a few years, get it now before he starts charging. Mitch

    What To Sell!

Hi Chris Just to add to above post. The sierra wheels have a different offset to the RHE Arays, DONT fit wings to suit the Sierra wheels there is a big diferance (at least 15mm) Mitch

    What To Sell!

Hi Chris Sell all trim, bumpers, seats, doors boot ,bonnet, glass, lights. Keep all nuts bolts washers, keep the washers of top off front struts there needed for rear axle. Keep the wiring loom even if you dont intend using it. Unfortunatly selling the trim and lights up here in sunny Lancashire was hard, as nobody wanted them. I tried Loot, e-bay and even offered them to local scrappy and i could.nt give them, away. If you have the room keep every thing except the trim and shell. HTH Mitch
  19. The super spec only comes as a rolling chassi, hence the price hike Is there any mention of MR Sheens 2b? its supposed to be getting a write up Mitch

  22. Joel The one you have in the picture will fail sva, i know mine did. I replaced them for the retest with the sierra one siliconed in place. As long as the work and point to the screen there ok. They did'nt look very good but worked all the same. If i still have them i and you're going to Newark i will bring them with me and you can have them. (will have to check i still have them) Mitch Stu they are ajustable. I have just one fitted in my 2b i bought it at one of the shows this year.

Kit drivers uasally get in for free, passengers £8. camping maybe a couple of quid on top. (stoneliegh was £5 for weekend, £15 for the Passenger). I am hoping to arrive friday t-time and pitch up then nip out for a meal at the local hostilery. See you there? Mitch
