  5. cant make this one either will be extremely busy!!
  6. Exactly I know I have a few weaknesses to address so taking it prob would have killed it. Just need to find some time lol.
  7. would have loved to have made it but not with a car I am not happy with, Promised myself a track day this year but think I may need to save it for next year lots of niggles that I need to sort out before I thrash round a track, would not want to kill it. all the issues are minor enough but prob would be a problem in track environment (or maybe not and i am just cautious) Glad you had a good day and from sounds of it no issues
  8. Euro seem to be out of most things sierra! May take you up on the skim will try and get them to you before I go on holiday.
  9. I got my sump off ebay (guy down south) looking at the GBS sump and the premier motor sport sump they seem to have copied the design slightly. MAtt has a premier motorsport one which works well but not as well made as the one I have we had to make a few tweeks to get it to fit as the welds were catching on the flywheel but it is cheap. http://www.premiermotorsportdevelopments.co.uk/brisca-f2-zetec-sump-and-pick-up-pipe-1421-p.asp
  10. I believe matt also has the manifold for the ZX6's The work well on my zetec!
  11. had this happen a few times on my pinto in the past need to make the lock nut fairly tight otherwise they do work loose. the settings are in the Haynes manual cant remember which way round (Inlet/Exhaust) they are but believe its 20 and 25 I always did mine until just tight enough so I could not pull the feeler gauge out without a struggle and then tightened lock nut as I found they always loosened a tad when you do up the lock nu. once tight feeler gauge should come out.
  12. Got new shoes arrive today so will swap them out and see if that solves it alternatively have found a source for new drums at sensible prices.
  13. would if I could but cant so I wont. good luck with the sale whiz
  14. starter motor zetec sump (Shortened) Spiggot bearing Alternator and mountings Engine Zetec inlet manifold for your bike carbs assuming you are sticking with them *bleep* Plate between engine and gearbox (Retro ford) Water rail not required if original zetec thermostat housing will fit (Its at the back of the engine. On the Zero Its fine But 2B is an issue not sure on yours Depending on what clutch you are going to run (Zetec clutch will require the pivot pin replacing) Pinto clutch will require a modified flywheel sure there is more but cant recall
  15. fantastic weekend thanks Craig
