Cutting Bonnet

been making my fixed scuttle today going to hinge bonnet at bottom of nose cone its going to be hard work sealing the cockpit from the engine bay roll on tomorrow

have you had a look at all the different ways on here. I know a fair few of us have posted pics of how we did it (needless to say everyone did it slightly differently).

 

I did a video a couple of years back which might be useful if you haven't seen it.

I was doing quite well this morning thought I would get the hinge at the front done as I was doing a little trimming of the nose cone the angle grinder decided to do its own thing unfortunately my hand was in the way so now I am sat on my arse with only one working hand still atleast ive still got all fingers just cant use them
