Does anyone have some information on a cheap way to have a circuit board design verified and printed. As cheap as possible, commercial firms are set up for volume, I just want a prototype for now. Any info appreciated.

Veroboard is what you need Femi. Check out Farnells, RS, Maplins.....

Just started working for a firm that have a small sister company that do just that not sure on any cost etc first day and all that but might be worth a shot. Pm me if interested

Very cheap for small sizes and small volumes and very impressive quality for the cost (including postage).

They're made in China so takes a couple of weeks - CAD software is available as a freebie on the net (Eagle??).

I was that impressed that I made a note - but I havent' used them myself (yet).

As Tazzman says, veroboard is the first prototyping board I would use too.

 

I can't sort anything yet as I'm away for a while.
