It was a nice mini until the last run......ouch! Cart wheeled into the barriers, some major front end damage. Pretty sure there will be a few photo's soon.

Fantastic day. Great weather, surprising good lap times (my slidding pillocks surprised quite a few wishy boners!), apart from the piroettes I ended up doing on one of the warm up laps...

Topped off by a corking drive home :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

When we doin it again lads.......? Great day!!!!!!!!

i ended up on the back of a low loader :'(

I had a wonderful day, fast laps (for an untuned pinto) and got within slurping distance from my local pub, and had an electrical fault which killed me dead. Balls. Arse.

I think it is the immobiliser at fault, so i will try bypassing that tomorrow.

Just had a run up to watch the morning session. Some very stylish driving and some nice cars. The 1.8 K series mini was very nice and snapping at the heels of the Warner!

Kiss of death Norman, lol.

Anyway nice to see you all today, hope you enjoyed it, congrats to Nigel for his trophy.

We even managed to arrange a Red Arrows flypast for you.

See you next time.

Bill

Anyone want a photo disk send me a pm and I will forward it on.

(oh yes, both mini occupants were ok)

You probably shook something loose with the off road excursions you were doing

You couldn't even keep it on the tarmac on the way home...!

Hope you can make Wednesday (weather permitting).. : :drinks:

I had a great day with a few detours off track but no spins didn't break the car so all good. The suspension mods and brakes turned out well and the engine makes a nice noise. Tims car made a good noise too as he left for lunch!

Did the RAFMSA day on the Sunday too which also went well with the car still in one piece.

Well done Nigel, I'm hardly jealous at all...

but on the plus side, ive now got 2 new (working!!) ignition modules, & 2 new coils.

Ive rigged up a boot box, & all of the gear fits in it.

Roll on Thursday AM...
