Who Sent Me A Letter? And Didnt Pay The Postage Fully

I have received a bill from royal mail for a letter addressed to rhocar sec from god knows who, who ever you are you didnt pay the full postage so i now have a demand for £1.48 plus a 10mile round trip to pick what ever it is up.

The card that informed you of this letter/package should include details ---- vis---- stick 3 x first class stamps ( =£1.50) on it & post back ---- then the mystery will be delivered.

I think the mystery may be solved it would seem to be a mistake, therefore i will sort it out no issues, of late i have been getting letters of certain people causing problems so was reluctant to waste my time and money on them...

Posted a cheque for club clothing, with a second class stamp. So what's wrong with that? It was in fact a 2p stamp!!!
