Ok so need to remove my wheels and have this locking device, where can I get the tool to unscrew these fittings.

I reckon you may struggle.

Ask whoever you bought the car from, or try Wolfrace UK direct and send them that picture.

insert two flat blade screwdrivers and then use a bar between the 2 screwdrivers to undo the bolt

In my dealings with security spline bolts/set screw on power tools ( many years ago now ) I found that the central pip was quite brittle & generally snapped off with just a tap from a parallel punch & hammer combo.

Then apply the correct size of splined bit/driver.

bit of the old WD40 if you have to get it off without the correct tool, just to make sure it has the best chance of getting free without too much force
