is the book mentioned above the one you want "how to power tune ford SOHC engines" that covers a bit of the DOHC as well, I've got this book at home and will never use it.

these come up quite often on ebay,

do a search under PINTO and click search title and discription.

 

lots on there today, degas's, cams. and 2-3 how to books

Thanks. I will try and buy one, the download link is a problem for me as my home computer has had it to the point of self destuction, the works computer is dial up only ( they dont have broadband at the exchange yet) and i am off around the UK for the next couple of weeks......
