    Battery Type

'calcium' batteries are made from a lead-calcium alloy, and are still a lead acid type.
  2. December's meet is at: Monk's Bridge Farm Nobel Way, Dinnington, S25 3QB Coming eastbound from the M1 J31, take a left at the roundabout by the red lion and proceed for nearly 2 miles, and Monk's bridge is the 4th exit off the next roundabout. https://goo.gl/maps/TcekDG8AHPQ2 Usual time of 7:30 on weds 7th
  3. Tayna.co.uk is very cheap, much less than ecp

    Rev Counter

it changes the pressure of the regulator for snap throttle opening (low vacuum). Makes no difference 99% of the time

  9. i'd not recommend ammonia and brass. It causes fairly rapid cracking - google 'season cracking'.
  10. did you see if they were laquered? i suspect they are as uncoated brass does tarnish easily in your fingers. Get the coating off and hold them for a bit

  12. my nosecone faded badly, and i gave it a quick run over with a polishing mop which vastly improved it. The fade pattern followed the lay up of the grp, but there was no issue polishing it away
  13. I use a hydrochloric acid and ferric chloride solution to etch copper and brass, which will certainly darken the surface. Typically composition would be: 200 ml water 10 grams Ferric chloride 50 ml Hydrochloric acid For a slower etch, drop the FeCl to 5g

My car wont come up on all of those, unless you match the insignificant typo on the v5. In this case it's clear the ebay seller is advertising it for a friend ,so probably doesn't understand what you mean by 'what is it registered as?' Askmid data: YES. This vehicle is showing as INSURED on the Motor Insurance Database today The vehicle make and model details on the MID are: ROBIN HOOD S7 Also, MOT history does list it as a robin hood: Check the MOT history of a vehicle Registration number: A535MEV Vehicle makeROBIN HOOD Vehicle modelSPORTS Date first used30 August 1983 Fuel typePetrol ColourSilver MOT history of this vehicle Test date12 May 2016 Expiry date20 May 2017 Test ResultPass Odometer reading14,536 miles MOT test number8200 4725 2983
  15. a bit of an animal, and even the advert suggests 10mpg! It could well be a bit nose heavy with that lump in, just make sure you could live with it.

Plenty, just pinched a few test images so far. Wont take much longer to add an extra sample in
  17. 12.7 is normal, a healthy battery will go over that if recently charged but settle back down at 12.7 even without a drain on it 4.6v on cranking does not sound good.
