Andi,

so sorry to see your problem !

Gather you have Log Burner ?

Had a run in Autumn time with a log I split with full size Axe ! Log Spit but half decided to aim for my left shin, " One Lump or Two " very painful the pain went away after about 6-8 weeks.

Also had a run in with a Lump Hammer whilst trying to split wood hit thumb nail with swift blow last January 2013 the nail recovered in around 9 months but still producing Black Nail now !!

I never realised having a Wood Burner would be such a Dangerous Hobby, nothing ventured nothing gained.

Agree get it checked out to ensure no permanent damage, look after yourself young man, see you soon stay SAFE.

Kindest regards

Steve

If you go now, you just might be out in time for work on Monday morning. I was going to say it will be a lot worse still in 5 years time if they stay in power but must not get political eh. Just pretend I didn't write that bit. Lol
