Where can i get hold of a pair of the rear camber shims, please?

They can appear on ebay.

When you fit them make sure that they fit flat against the brake plate, mine didn't and needed filing to clear a small raised area on the backplate. I didn't realise this until I came to dismantle it again and found pressed markings on the camber plates where the brake backplate was damaging them.
