  1. Hi Dominiek, That’s an interesting idea but unfortunately your Ducati would still leave me with my knee problem. We could discuss my Robin Hood’s price perhaps if you would like to phone me. Regards
  2. Hi Newbuyer, Sorry for the delay - holiday. Cars on the road:out in it this morning!. Runs fine no real problems MoTed until 6th July 2025 but MOT is moot point now as I’ve successfully registered it as ‘Historic’ - means no Road Tax & with ‘optional’ MoT (but it still needs to be roadworthy). Cabin is just looking tired. Carpet shampooing would help but I was thinking of getting some new seats. The wet weather gear hood & doors have hardly been used. I’ve never taken it out in the rain in the 10 yrs I’ve had it. Photos: Easiest if you email me & I will send you some Cabin photos. Regards
  3. Hi Landie, Just outside Salisbury @ Stoford.
  4. Sadly after a new knee op it’s time to move on my lovely S7 Mk2 after 10x fun years. Seats & internal trim need a bit of TLC but it’s on the road MoT July 2025. Full wet weather gear included. £3250 ono (newbie 07773459052)

  6. Hi GIWRS, Thinking of changing my S7 seats & have the same ‘narrow’ problem you asked about last year. How did you get on or did you opt for narrower seats eventually? Regards, Bob

Hi Daled, Sorry to be so slow off the mark but how did your sale go? My S7 is getting in need of some TLC & I’m undecided as to tackling that or perhaps buying something different. So, is yours still on the market?
  8. Yep, depending on the eventual dates, it would be nice to have a local event.
  9. Hi Pete, nice looking car. Is it still available.?
  10. Hi Dave, Yours looks like an original Sierra sender. I’ve just changed mine as it was leaking fuel from the uptake pipe braze. However, I agree with The District Sec - if you can , leave it well alone. It is very hard to reseal. I managed eventually by using a manufactured steel ring over all x4 bolts to apply a more even pressure to the gasket. Try recalibrating your gauge with a Spyider module ? You wouldn’t need to remove the sender.
  11. Dry weather forecast so I will take a chance.
  12. Thanks Bob, I live just outside Salisbury @ Stoford & so will be able to find you all OK.
  13. Hi Bob, Could you add me too (even though I'm a Wilts member!). Newbie Bob
  14. Signed
  15. Hi, My Super Seven 2l Pinto has just developed a serious 'clunk' when releasing the clutch. Changes gear & clutch drives OK but heavy clunk just as the peddle presure is released. Seems to happen more often when its hot. Does this sound like a cable/quadrant problem too? Regards
