  12. My wifes M reg 306 auto has developed a strange wooble on the steering at low speed nearly pulling the wheel out of your hands this gets less the quicker you go? If you do take you hands off it shots to the left. Thought it was a buckled wheel to start with but both are fine so looked at the bottom ball joints and wishbones they all look ok with no noticable movement with pry bar. the tie rod end was a bit loose, replaced but still has problem. the car has power steering. Has any body got any ideas before I send it down to the garage.

    Sean Sva Troubles

Hi Graham Disappointed at the fail because Vosa (Newcastle) can not to see beyond "it's a lightwieght" even with the additional strengthing. We know over 4 LW's are on the road legally and I dont think mine has as much reinforcement as your two but passed. As yet I've found my car great fun and was driven daily until the recent bad weather and I have not seen any problems with the rivitted joints. Hope Simon can get this sorted. Colin
  24. After two new computers and various dabbles with operating systems I've lost my website design software and after looking at my website it needs a revamp. can anybody reccomend a free website design programm and a ftp Thanks Colin
  25. Hi Chris Mine is also from a CVH and I made up a plate to compansate for the different angle. This was bolted to the pedal box supplied. I also incorprated a strengthing bar to the steering column support to stop the box flexing. http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f179/clnpp/pedalbox.jpg Hope the picture works for you. Colin
