B+E entitlement has been a seperate test since 1997. You can tow more than 750kg as long as trailer MAM is less than car kerb weight and total doesn't exceed 3500kg.

As in a completed car? Trailer is about your only option, that it hire a small transporter.

Will make little difference either way IMO, and so from purely an aesthetics point if view is go shorter rather than longer.

Can't remember what kind if figures yours is making, but should be at least equal to a standard zetec. Obvious benefit if the zetec is that you have room for further 'basic tuning' later in if you wanted more power. If building a new car though I'm of the opinion keep it simple, and keep it old. Easier emissions tests at IVA and moving forward, at MOT as well.

If you like the 2.1 fit that to the zero and just put a 2.0 pinto into the super spec to sell

If you fancy a trip over to birmingham you can try my spare set of Capri special alloys. They are 13x7 et5 so the extra offset may help clear, but also may make them poke too far?

Very odd. As I said above, I am running a 2.0 flywheel and clutch on my 1.6, no alteration needed, bolted straight on.

My 2.0 flywheel and clutch fitted to my 1.6. The original 1.6 flywheel and clutch where smaller and didn't fit my gearbox (type 2)

Existing will all fit on and I would use original dizzy also as it matches rest of your wiring already. Easy job to do, easier with gearbox out the car.

Can only hope mine is this cheap when the time comes!

Birmingham too far? City powder coaters in brum have come recommended to me and quite cheap, not seen any if there work in the metal but as said a lot of people have recommended them, or the wheel specialists also in brum will charge more but I have used them and would guarantee you get a perfect finish.
