As A RAF base there is a controlled entry, so we must get people in at the given window or not at ll.

Doesn't a 'racing' banner cause insurance problems. We do style points for this reason. I know the RAFMSA has insurance for the RAFMSA sprints but the Rhocar day is more of a general track day on the sprint track with no racing or timing permitted.

The comment about insurance may be valid but also remember to cover it up if you need to call for assistance, my first Barkston I had the misfortune to blow up my battery (loose clamp earthed it out in the chicane) got a tow to the main gate and called for assistance and when asked what brought me out here I pointed to the model airplanes and said watching my mate flying his model, imagine our surprise when a stream of hoodies / trailers etc rolled up to the gate on their way out, wow I said if i knew these guys were around I'd have gone over to have a look, needless to say he grinned and got me on my way, I'm not sure he'd be convinced with a 'racing' sticker on, at least its not dated or is it?
