Well personally i'd normally go with black (hence my own choice being black alloys) but have to agree with Al, that the silver ones give a contrast. But it's only by a hair as the black ones still look good.

 

if you aren't selling either set as said just swap when you are board or get a set of winter/wet tyres on the one set for a different time of year and sportier ones for the drier (if we ever get dry weather) weather.
