I bought a cheap chineese one from ebay, it is surprisingly good

There's usually some cheap ones at the show if you're going this weekend, or someone local could get you 1.

Wired straight to baterry positive and neg just make a slight noise when touched that's it

Got a photo of it? If it is the type with a nut in the middle of a cone, its possible to loosen or tighten as required and adjust the sound.

Yes, ok, that sounds dead.

 

However, did it just "click"? Some horns (old ones if I recall correctly) used to have a vibrating diaphragm which was adjusted by a central screw as the horn had a "vibrating" switch which made these work.

 

It might be adjustable and work again.

Looks like has got screw and but through centre

I tried to adjust the screw on the horn no difference s its cream crackered jaimo lol you will just have to shout at people in way instead lol

I've got a spare horn i've dug out of a box of bits, i'll take it to stoneleigh if you want. Otherwise it'll be tipped next week.
