KITFEST club stand Fri 14th to Sun 16th June 2019

We are looking to book a club stand for us at the first KITFEST event.

tickets are £17.60 each for the weekend until the 31st Jan after that

ticket prices raise to £22 each for the weekend until the 7th June

day tickets are also available if not wanting to camp 

 

we need a rough number of cars that will be attending so they can allocate space for the club and camping.

Sounds great, we need more events like this. As a member of this club and NWKCOG I will be spoilt for a parking space. Looking forward to the event.

My weekend off work so count us in, Paul and Thomas. Looked at booking two tickets with camping tonight to get early bird ticket price. The rules say if tickets aren’t booked on the linked club booking form (submit by 4th June) you will be directed to the public car park on arrival. Looks like they are sending out club passes in bulk to the club organiser.

Do we buy our own tickets then? And Keith will be sent club passes? Club assignment can’t be edited when tickets ordered. Or does the club order/buy tickets in bulk? Sorry to be a pain but two tickets go up by £9 after midnight tonight.

Just bought tickets online. Got early bird plus £4 booking fee. No option for displaying on club stand. So still need a club pass.

I'm up for it too, but can't commit to a ticket this early, but unless there's any surprises heading my way consider me there...

As this is the next event we plan on having a stand at I'm giving this a bump to get it back on people's radar. 

We need to give the organisers an idea of numbers a couple of weeks before the event so they know how much space to allocate to us.
