Screw a wooden baton the lenght of the curtain rail with big long screws that reach into something solid the fix the curtain rail to the baton. Paint the match the rest of the woodwork.

Ah the good old void bush, Right bar stewards to change. As said cut the old ones out and clean the hole out with a bit of emery tape. If you go down the sockets and washers make sure you get them dead straight cause if the bush twists as you start your in a right pickle. Oh a night in the freezer for the new bushs helps a bit as does a smear of copper slip. Good Luck.

Daz Sprayed mine with the Aldi compresser kit less than sixty quid, So not the best quality. Had no experiance ended up putting on several thick coats and then cutting back to get the finish. From memory the celly paint was about £25 ish a liter if you can still get it. You'll also need to line the garage with plastic sheet and wait for a nice dry day with low humidity. For another idea have you thought about getting it wrapped. Steve

Kev Not sure but I think you need to keep the donor sorn. So the DVLA can see proof of the single donor ie the V5. Could have changed since I did mine. Ring round a few metal merchant lot will collect and give you a few quid. Steve
