  2. dan i got my ARP bolts of the flee bay for reasonable money, some say 7200 others say 7500 but for £60 ish is it worth taking the risk paying £65 to webcon is better then £££ for new ecu then reprogramming that, i know megajolt or emerald allows for more flexibility but that costs

  7. what bottom end did you by for £3000, i have fully forged pistons and H rods uprated bearing and bored out to suite pistons and cost £1,075. this set up is good for up to 500 bhp. Might not be N/A set up as a turbo set up on small boost will see 250 bhp on a zetec for £1500 to £3000 depending on parts, over 250 bhp is when you need to spend the cash, i know of a type 9 that has over 300 bhp going through it and its still going strong, i am supercharging my zetec ATM and should produce over 300 bhp and i will be using a standard type 9 but if it goes bang i will put a type 5 box in. i understand making a N/A car boosted cost more but its more fun to do it,

    Emerald Map

    As my supercharger install is coming along dose anyone have a zetec silvertop turbo/supercharger emerald map I could use just to get it ticking over before i put it on the rollers. I know it wont be perfect but will help get it started up Thanks for the help if anyone can

I had these guys teflon coat my engine and I use there adatives http://www.interflon.com/gb/products/157/interflon-finnoly-nt500-fin25 plus work alows me to use there teflon spray to teflon coat all my locks and hinges at home just forgot to tell chrissie and she almost to our sliding door off the hinges

  19. Nick strange you say that. I thought that looking at the photos on here, for some reason they look really bad in the photos but no where near as bad in the flesh. I did test a weld with be jumping up and down on it all I managed to do was part twist my ankle.
  20. thanks for the tip bob, i like it, but not sure about leaving the plastic in the box, just think of all that added weight i have that setting on my torque rench, it never comes of it normaly
  21. rich there will be plenty of forward and back movement to alight, i have squared the supercharger to the block but didn't think about putting adjustment there, if i require it will have to over come that when i get there. Keith its tight but it will just fit i think/ hope

As some of you know i was building a zetec turbo conversion, This has now changed to a supercharger conversion and require some help on the bracket. my mk1 version i could see there would be problem with the twisting force on the outer edge Here is my mk2 version can anyone see any problem with it as i don't want it snapping on me. Due to the type of supercharger i am unable to twist it and mount it on its side like you can do with the Eaton units.
