The venue for the End of Season bash will be In western on trent at the Ukrainian youth center. it has a large hall with a bar for the Saturday night I hope to book the same band as we have had for the past 2 years. pricing for the event will be confirmed shortly but looks to be in line with last year.the date will be 23 to the 25th of September this will be a weekend event and priced for the weekend as breaking things down to day entry and friday saturday or saturday sunday /just saturday only sunday is just a absolute nightmare to sort out and time can be spent better on making the event better. watch this space for booking forms. looking forward to a great weekend.

I was really impressed with the venue.....its massive!! and the people running the place are very accommodating........really excited for this year's bash!!!

Looks promising, what are the roads like getting to it with regards big caravan access? last yrs was a bit narrow in places !

the last mile or so is country road but not as narrow as last year (seem to remember the white line down the middle of the road all of the way there).

Given the quotes I've been given from loads of other places (suggestions from the forum etc.....), we've fell really lucky with this place so whilst it may not be perfect in every aspect, it ticks the majority of boxes and is affordable and avalible to the club.

access with caravans should be fine as they hold caravan rally's there. Gate way is large when we left only one of the double gates was open and I got out in the transit van passed another van parked in the entrance.

The End of Season Bash runs from 12pm on Friday 23rd September until 2pm on Sunday 25th September. Please note we begin to pack equipment away from 1pm on the Sunday.

Ticket price as follows which includes 1 free tent / caravan pitch available for both the Friday & Saturday nights. Please confirm on the entry form if you intend to use the free camping pitch for Friday night, Saturday night or both nights so your pitch can be reserved.

£15 per member and member family residing at same address.
£18 per person - non members
£7.50 per child - under 16's
£0.00 per child - under 9's
(These people get a coloured wristband)

Please note that the above ticket prices cover the full weekend (Friday - Sunday) and free camping pitch for up to 2 nights (Friday and Saturday nights).
Reduced price tickets for those who cannot make the full weekend are not available, however there will be no admission fee for those wanting to attend Sunday daytime.


In addition to the above ticket prices, limited onsite (basic) accommodation is available at £40 per room (not per person) for the weekend (Friday and Saturday night). There are 4 rooms (3 beds per room) avalible within the accommodation block on site. You will need to provide your own bedding for the rooms.
The rooms within the building share showers, toilets and kitchen facility.
These rooms will be allocated on a first come (pay) first serve basis and a £15 surcharge is applied to any single occupancy rooms.


The entrance site gates will be shut from 10pm and 6am for security.
Please note there is no electric hook-up facilities.


Tickets will go on sale and Entry forms will be posted on the forum in due course for those wishing to attend.
