It should hopefully solve a problem that both myself or GBS have failed to do after Smiths pilot were fitted.

Man flu slowed things down for a week or so but not far to go now!

After many hours on the milling machine, the outlet is now complete albeit still needing a rub-down and polish.

 

 

 

 

 

And as usual, all that hard work will be hidden at the bottom of the engine bay!

That's the last bit of major machining done and what an awkward shape!! Only 1 straight line and the rest are curves!! Times like this I wish I had access to CNC!!!

So that's the charger inlet finished marking the last part of the project complete.

Now time to strip it all down for paint and polish!
