March 24, 20206 yr Busy making some wind deflectors and I'm wondering where the door hinges are from. I ordered the ones off CBS but they're way to small. The ones on the car are 50mm X 19mm
March 24, 20206 yr Did you not have the original door hinges ? I simply fabricated some brackets from stainless steel and put them on the same bolts as the original door hinge so I could continue to put the doors on if required.
March 24, 20206 yr The bigger hinges are normally from GBS. I think you can get very similar from Gold and Wassall. They have a catalogue online.

March 25, 20206 yr I purchased a pair of Caterham wind deflectors from ebay at a good price. Then purchased the hinges from Caterham part no's as below. Hinge pin sidescreen 76226 £1.88 inc vat Hinge sidescreen 76225 £0.68 inc vat Note you will need 4-pins and 8-hinge parts to fit the doors or wind deflectors. March 26, 20206 yr When I had my Dutton many years ago I bought some normal hinges the correct size from B&Q well it wouldn't have been them as they didn't exist, but somebody like them, ground the top of the pin off so they came apart like the ones in the images
August 22, 20223 yr I bought these https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/303237627010?var=602224924471 to make some deflectors out of, removed the pin & replaced it with a bolt.
August 23, 20223 yr I also used https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/181024489629?var=480201565867 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160881328576?var=460114933842 Along with some 3mm washers to replace the metal parts of the hinges & then some 4mm countersunk bolts, washers & nylocks to fasten them to my frame Then 2 pieces of https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/282151591925?var=586287413267 to make the actual screens, but mine is not on a RH so you may have to improvise, Sorry I have completely forgotten how to post an image, you maybe able to see https://www.muddybuggies.com/forum/index.php?threads/melvin-the-mev-mevster.3143/page-4
