Any decent motor factors should be able to get one. You don't want the belt too tight or it will fail, you should just be able to twist it 90 degrees in the middle of the longest run between the pulleys.

Very sad news. Paul was a thoroughly nice bloke and it was great to see him coming to some of the Leicester area meets when he was on trips back to the UK. Condolences to all his family and friends.

No, not that I know of. 2B chassis is pretty sturdy, it they were going to crack, mine would probably have done so by now.
