How about a stop off at foxton locks for lunch, you can use the pub, or either the cafe at the top for a bacon butty or a snack at the one at the bottom opposite the pub. Parking cars at the bottom would be the best option, I use it and its pay and display, costs about £2. Kerry

Andi, just before the route enters Uppingham there are a series of speed bumps that we wont be able to get over, we can turn off just before them towards Seaton, and come into Uppingham from the East.

This is the kind of local knowledge that proves invaluable. I can imagine a load of beached hoods would be somewhat embarrassing.

I think we need various lengths and diameters following the servo hose problem today
