Hi All If you are able to attend could you fill in this form and email back to them please so they have a number even if its just for one day. Ive att the link below

 

We will be there both days we are camping but at the caravanning and camping site conkers as it has electric and my kids cant cope without it ( or me lol ) its just up the road and a nice site

If you take your kit you and your family get free entry so its worth a day out even if raining as poor me has to drive the kit rain or not

I have heard back from them we have space for 4-5 cars on both days. You just need to be there by 9am

I hoping to borrow the club flags I think I need to bug Andy ? will find out at Stoneleigh who has them

I might even bring a bit of cake ;-)
