A bit later than I had planned but part 14 Is here!

Have you checked the condition of the thin thrust washer on the clutch arm pivot pin in the bell housing? Mine was badly worn such that the arm had just started to cut into the housing, and also the anti rattle poly sleeve was cut through on mine. Got both from Burtons.

Ill be honest, I didnt realise such things existed. Ill make sure to check.

The washer is very thin and easily missed, it's held in place by the pivot pin. You can knock the pin out via a hole in the rear of the bell housing. It's hardened and takes the clutch arm load onto the housing. I couldn't get the anti rattle sleeve as a separate item ( it looks like a piece of plastic tube) so I bought a replacement pin at the same time.

Can see them on burton, will make sure they are present and correct and if not Ill have to come up with a burton order. Sure I can find something else to top it up.
