Well today I found out it was 75mph.

Took missus out for first time in car so was giving it a bit of wellie overtaking and BOOM hat gone 😣😣

Back to tescos for another £2 hat 😀

I find on coming trucks cause the most problems, the bow-wave of air lifts most off --- have my cap on a leash or wear my biggles hat with under chin strap.

Your fault any how --- the limit is 70 --- even in sunny Dartmoor 8)

If you stick to thirty miles an hour at all times as I do your trilby will always stay in place. As a belt and braces precaution I attach it to my beige string backed driving gloves with a piece of string.

I always have my baseball cap on a "leash" and on the way back from Stoneleigh it came off my head once. It came off at under 70 but I may have gone a bit faster than that at times, and that was with no doors on.
