RX8 engine in a zero has been done. A father and son team from near Heathrow picked up their kit the same day as me in 2008. GBS did some chassis mods for the engine and gear box which was there when the kit was collected. They appeared on here very briefly as zero*bleep*el I beleive. Did you back off the adjusters and set the handbrake adjustment. By the correct procedure in Haynes manual?

For those coming east on A57 remember some change and a stick to pass up your toll for Dunham bridge.

I have the same problem with my pinto spit and suck back system... so fitted the hose adapter in the top hose turned so that the sender is at the bottom of the adapter reasoning that the water, when its flowing around the system, will be in the lower part of the hose because the air space will always be at the top. So far it works. Ozz
