In comparison to a 2b or zero.they are an xl car very much longer and wider .in my opinion it will be a great cruiser but no sports car. The small blocks arent revvy like a 4 pot.deoends what you want from a car..and ive no idea what spares are like for luego

I wouldnt worry about losing the map...leave it connected..charge up overnight..measure voltage..measure voltage whilst cranking....measure voltage when running with lights etc on...report back. If you got a loval friendly motor spares they usually load trst batteries and alternators for free.

Have you checked the new and old cap have plug connectors in the same place.including the locating lug..?? Is the center pin in place ?? Is the rotor arm.right length ??

Ive got a t7 heater matrix to go in the kit. See if i can make it a little more inhabitable. Whats the best way to fit it.the top of the top of the matrix will be higher than the rad cap .. the inlet pipes can either be top or bottom ..am i best to fit to top and fit a bleed valve ..any ideas before i start

check speedo cable connections 1st. if it has a kink in it. it could have broken so check that too

2 wires from the bulb to the meter.. Live should have a switch in it to turn on and off..neutral straight to bulb
