    Tyre Sizes?

    Pretty sure it's 205/50 15 as standard.
  4. If you've not already seen it, have a look at Colin Usher's excellent site for his 2B build http://www.colinusher.info/Robin%20Hood/index.html The car was built to pass SVA which with the exception of about half a dozen points, is the same as IVA.
  5. The light cluster and foglamp should be available new from GBS, SVC, CBSonline. The wheelarch might be more difficult but someone on here will have one spare so you've come to the right place. Posting a wanted ad in you first post might be considered bad form ( http://www.rhocar.org/index.php?showforum=18 ) but we still try to be helpful whenever we can. What colour GRP have you got?

  7. Yes, our monthly meet is the last Wednesday from January to Novemeber at the Malt Shovel (we don't meet in December). All the local area meet venues and times are shown in the Events section of the forum, generally the meets aren't seperately listed in the calender (never thought about adding them to be honest).
  8. Just got in from a great evening out. Thanks to everyone who attended, particularly those who travelled some distance to be there. By my reckoning we had 37 there, a good effort all round.
  9. It's unlikely tonight as most people SORN their car over the winter months. I'd normally go in mine but I'm going straight from work tonight otherwise you could see that. If you're interested and want to come along, you'll still be welcome and any questions you've got can be answered, also you could possibly arrange seeing a car at another time. Whereabouts are you, we may have members close by.

    Dtr 2B Build

No, no fuel pump relay but easy enough to add extra relays if you need them. Best to get all the basic stuff in the loom connected first and then add extras afterwards.
  11. No problem, no doubt we'll see you at one of the meets later in the year?
  12. Steve49er has pointed out that there's a 20% discount offer available currently, looks like you heed to register online and print off a voucher. Full details are here: http://www.tobycarvery.co.uk/offer/january20percentoff/ In addition to the confirmed names, there's a few other possible attendees so with any luck we should be pushing 40 people!! See everyone tomorrow.
  13. MG3, good value, well equipped, spacious, fun to drive and only group 4 insurance.

  20. I thought there were differences in the heads with early heads having a combustion chamber in them and later heads were just flat so interchangeability would depend on both engines being the same type.

    Jag V8

The smallest Jag V8 is 3.2litre and 240 bhp, hardly any more power than the 3.0 litre V6 which is almost certainly a smaller engine physically and already been fitted to a RH. Someone has to be the first to try and fit one though!
  22. Should be plug and play and worth a punt for a tenner. Just swap it for yours when it arrives to confirm it works.

I'll second Bob's recommendation of Dampertech, Dave there knows his stuff and can advise on what's most suitable. Stick your location in your profile, local members are always willing to offer help and advice.
