Missed that stu? Should be in my calendar! Will have to have words with wife. I won't make that one either then but no reason others can't go if first two are washouts.
I think this is the only date in august.
Regards keith
Oops it is in my diary!!! Have had a look and this is the only option. so will stick with it will just have to find a stand in for the day if it comes to it!
I Have tried to arrange a rhocar drag racing session in the past and from experience best to just book in on day as the wonderful UK weather is so dependable.
With this in mind please see below Three dates proposed. The Plan being we aim for date 1, If weather is looking bleak we bail and try for date 2 etc. (no reason we couldn't do more than one if wanted)
Its £35 for the day which is £10 Entry and £25 to run (Sat night special £30 9.30 til 8pm) pay on the day.
Dates are
1. 16th June
2. 7th July - sat night special (run til 8pm and camp but bmw show next day)
3. 11th August
so pencil them into ya diaries.
If i can get an idea of numbers interested that would be great.
regards

In standard form there is little power difference between bike carbs and injection there are pros and cons. But should see 160 to 175 from either with a good tune up. It's only if you are planning on silly things like turbo's or superchargers were it make sense to start with injection. Bike carb kit should be no where near what duck has stated I would have said £600-800 max all in which is about the price of a good eco to run injection.
ordered with kit but avail on trigger wheels, looking at your MJ looks like an older version, mine connects with an RJ11 connection (mini phone plug) but should still be able to get one might have email them.
alan richies arranges the lincolnshire meet which is reachable and there is also south yorkshire meet which are all within reach and of course you are always welcome down in Leicester.
Will this effect cars that are already built? MOT testers are already confused and i have had issue's with MOT's due to upgrading my engine to a newer zetec. My car was built 2010 but is a 1986 age related plate and the current rules are that it it to be tested based on the date of first use which is on the system as 1986.
If it is now changing to date of registration i will screwed! as bike carbs and no cat
Its all in the annual report from last year - on here somewhere, new one being at agm.
If i think you are heading where i think you heading rich I have looked and don't think its a good idea and would generate more admin and will lose many of the controls we have. We are looking at ways to improve things.
The facebook page gives us some handy additional features that the forum currently does not have such as push notifications etc but does not have all the tools required.
So who is there Saturday Night and would like to assist? I can drop stuff off on sat late morning but need a team to assist getting setup and looking after kit.
Hi all,
Some of you will already have been invited to join the RHOCAR events Facebook group.
The group is a closed group and only open to RHOCAR fully paid 2018 members. Membership will be checked by asking for your forum name before accepted. If you like to join the group please see the link below.
https://m.facebook.com/groups/514980222217443
This group has been set up to to allow us to invite you to events of interest / Send you notifications and reminders and to make it easier to communicate and organise runs etc. Events will also be posted on the forum but from experience these can easily be missed as they move down the list of posts.
Events and posts can only be created by admin at this time however it has been setup to allow you to reply to a post/ event and add comments about the event. This is to keep the chat and knowledge sharing side of the club with the forum.
If you have any events runs out etc you would like to share / promote to other hoodies please email me at events@rhocar.org and I will get them posted.
Hope this becomes a useful group for all and hope to see you at some of the events.
Regards
Keith kelly
