This is also my 40th birthday weekend so if anyone is arriving on the Saturday I am sure that Keith would appreciate the help, i am doing a fancy dress run in the morning with some friends but it would be nice to be able to spend the afternoon with him. We will both be there on Sunday and mondag but I have a party booked Saturday night.

 

If you can help please let Keith know. I would appreciate seeing my hubby on my 40th birthday!

So who is there Saturday Night and would like to assist? I can drop stuff off on sat late morning but need a team to assist getting setup and looking after kit.

We will be there Keith to help, Dino has to collect my caravan ( no tenting ever again !!! ) but I will be there first in the kit of course about 12, Nikki

Im sure something will be posted on here, but if you come in your kit for the day you will find the club stand as you drive in ( cant miss is ) and you just park up there and enjoy a cuppa and a chat, if you want to camp ( highly recommend ) they have an area far away from anyone else and you just show your ticket, pitch up and enjoy. If you are only able to make one of the two days, Saturday is a good one because it starts quite early ... and doesn’t really end!

Sunday, many people who have travelled a distance, may have to start packing up early afternoon.

Show is Sunday and Monday, Saturday is set up day.
