Sierra are thin on the ground now and the few that are around generally fetch good money, have you thought about the mx5 zero? Probably the cheaper option on the donar front...
Afr will depend on multiple factors but 13.5 is a good target. The only way to get your car right is dyno time, it took over 4hrs to get mine right on the rollers. Cost me £200 for the last 4hr session.
map 1 targets around 13.5 map 2 is leaner around 14.5 for fuel economy when cruising.

I run the same rad with a half size intercooler and I struggle to get to temp if I set off without warming the engine up to temp 1st. And there is no cowling or ducting on my rad setup. The coolex rads are a seriously good bit of kit !
This weekends entertainment is making a new dash . Just took delivery of my new etb white faced cobra gauges. So its a total redesign of the dash panal to house my new shiny gauges. Before and after pics to follow... and a full set of black faced etb gauges and senders soon to be for sale...
